Piazza Culinaria invites you to two delightful evenings in the Viamala region: hosts and hostesses open their homes and serve a regional three-course surprise menu in a special atmosphere. Look forward to culinary delights, new encounters, and good conversation.
An evening full of enjoyment and new encounters
Once again this year, Piazza Culinaria brings people together over good food, engaging conversations, and special encounters. In a mountain village in the Viamala region, hosts welcome their guests for a lovingly prepared dinner.
The focus is not only on regional specialties, but also on the shared experience: meeting new people, sharing stories, and enjoying a special evening in a warm, personal atmosphere.
Regional Cuisine with a Surprise
A regional three-course surprise menu will be served. Exactly what will be served remains a secret until the evening—because each host and hostess creates the menu individually.
The culinary experience also includes a sweet surprise from Confiserie Gyger. On September 26, guests can also look forward to a special highlight: Mauro Caviezel will be making a personal appearance at one of the host venues.
Dates, Costs, and Registration
Piazza Culinaria will take place on Saturday, September 19, and Saturday, September 26, at 7:00 p.m. each day. The host and location for each event will be announced after the registration deadline.
The participation fee is CHF 49.00 per person. Participation is included free of charge with the Via Mia All-Inclusive Package or the “Dahai in dr Viamala” package. Space is limited; online registration is required at least four days before the event.
