On the evenings of September 19 and 26, hosts from the Viamala region will open their homes and treat their guests to a lovingly prepared, three-course regional “surprise” menu. This creates opportunities for engaging conversations, new friendships, and shared memories in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

All dishes are prepared with great care using regional ingredients. The menus reflect the culinary diversity of the Viamala region and surprise guests with both traditional and creative combinations. Exactly what will be served remains a deliberate secret—the hosts tailor their menus to each guest.

• Location: A mountain village in the Viamala region (assigned at random)

Your table will be randomly assigned to you in a mountain village. The exact location and host will be announced two days before the event.

A special highlight awaits guests on September 26: Mauro Caviezel will be a guest at a host’s home. If his sports schedule allows, Gino Caviezel will also be part of this special evening.

Costs

The registration fee is CHF 49.– per person and includes:

• 3-Course Surprise Menu
• Wine for the aperitif and with dinner (limited selection)
• A sweet surprise for the trip home (Confiserie Gyger)

Good to know

• Held in all weather conditions
• Registration must be completed no later than 4 days before the event
• Space is limited

Important Booking Information

Seating is assigned in groups by town. If you would like to sit together at the same table, you must book as a group. Additions to reservations after booking are only possible with prior approval.
Please indicate your location during the event weekend in the comments field (e.g., Thusis) so that we can keep the distance to your assigned host as short as possible.
