Viamala Gorge
Carved into the solid rock thousands of years ago by glacial ice and the waters of the Hinterrhein, there are still living traces of a fascinating history to be discovered in the Viamala Gorge.
From the visitor center, 359 steps lead down into the depths of the gorge. Whirlpools, smooth rock faces up to 300 m high and the colors of the water leave a strong impression of natural beauty. Spectacular bridge constructions - such as the Wildener Bridge from 1739 and the new Conzett bridges "Pùnts da tgavorgias" - offer an insight into the craft of bridge builders past and present.

Summer:
The Viamala Gorge will be open from March 26 to November 1, 2026, as follows:
March 26 to April 30:
Daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.*
May to September:
Daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.*
October 1 - November 1:
Daily 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.*
* Access to the gorge until 30 minutes before closing.
Winter:
For safety reasons, the Viamala Gorge is closed in winter.

Adults CHF 10.00, Children (ages 6–16) CHF 6.00
Group admission prices (10 or more people):
Adults CHF 6.00, Children (ages 6–16) CHF 4.00
Combination tickets:
Viamala Gorge and Andeer Mineral Baths*:
Adults CHF 28.00, Children (ages 6–16) CHF 14.00
