Baking bread is an ancient tradition and much more than just kneading water, flour, and salt together. It brings joy, pleasure, and a feeling of conviviality and harmony. Homemade bread—wholesome and valuable. You are what you eat—and what we eat matters.
We bake together…….
- With 100% organic Graubünden flour
- Various breads made with wheat, rye, and spelt flour

- Something small for in between meals
- And learn about the power and ease of a good pre-ferment
Out of conviction and love for nature, people, and animals, we have been running our farm according to Bio-Suisse organic guidelines since 1996. Our motto: "We want to nurture nature, not exploit it, thereby ensuring long-term survival. We love what we do!"
Duration approx. 4 hours.
Registration required 7 days in advance, minimum number of participants: 4 people, maximum: 8 people.
Individual dates available on request from April to November.
