The idyllic Lai Grand (Romansh for large lake) is located in the Anarosa area behind the Nurdagn Alp (agritourism offer with catering and overnight accommodation) at 2386 m above sea level on the "Via Capricorn" mountain hiking trail in the direction of Farcletta digl Lai Grand.

The surrounding moorland landscape is one of 89 Swiss moorland landscapes that are part of the inventory of moorland landscapes of special beauty and national importance. If you climb further down the valley, you will pass the Nurdagn Alp. Here you can take a break and enjoy simple, regional dishes at the local Alpbeiz. The area around Alp Anarosa is also served by the Alpin bus from the Tguma bus stop (to Wergenstein) at 2300 m above sea level.
