Menu for Cyclists.

Gravel bike & racing bike

The creation of the "Menu for Cyclicts" was inspired by star chef Andreas Caminada from Graubünden. The best basic ingredients were selected - all from Graubünden: Mountain paths, gravel roads, mountain passes, panoramic views, fresh mountain air. And then the trail sections were garnished with exciting impressions and strung together in a surprising way. The result? The menu includes 15 tours for gravel bikers and racing cyclists. Three of them in the Viamala vacation region. Well then: Bon appetit. Bun appetit. Buon appetito.

Appetizer.

Canova Cruise (gravel bike)

Old castles, mighty fortresses and wonderful orchards characterize this tour through the Domleschg. There are no long climbs on this leisurely tour. Fast gravel roads lead through the hilly cultural landscape and the reedy Canovasee invites you to linger.

Main course.

Runda Lai da Vons (gravel bike)

After the rhythmic road to Sufnersee, gravel follows to what is probably the most beautiful pass village in Switzerland. From Splügen it gets steep, but without any nasty ramps. At Lai da Vons, you are rewarded with sweeping views, including the Rheinwaldhorn. The descent to Andeer? Long, fast and quite bumpy.

Dessert.

Runda Schams (racing bike)

An absolute insider tip on the eastern side of the striking Piz Beverin: what more could a racing cyclist's heart desire? The climb to the mountain village of Lohn is rhythmic and entertaining. The panoramic road curves up to Wergenstein. The downhill meters are covered on a small agricultural road through spicy mountain meadows.
