Capuns, pizokels, maluns, Splügner Nussturta, Bündner nussBöckli, Röteli, Rötelichriesi chutney, wild garlic pesto and various jams are prepared in the kitchen of the Alte Post inn and served in the cozy dining room.

The cozy Gasthaus Alte Post in the village center of Zillis is located in the middle of the beautiful and natural mountain world of the Val Schons, in the middle of the Beverin Nature Park. Situated to the south of the Viamala, Zillis with its St. Martin's Church, famous for its 12th century picture ceiling, is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes. Examples include the viaSpluga, the via Capricorn and the Veia Traversina, to name but a few. Toboggan runs, winter hiking trails and the surrounding ski areas turn every winter day into an eventful day of vacation enjoyment.

The capuns-factory gourmet store is also set up in the restaurant and all products can be purchased amidst restored farmhouse furniture along with the enjoyment of delicious drinks and food.

The homemade capuns have already won several medals at the Swiss regional products competition!
