A dining experience is a special culinary experience for all the senses with finely composed creations and exciting stories from the world of natural delights in the Alpine region. region. Accompanied by natural wines, beer delicacies and/or our creative beverage journey without alcohol.

The food tastings last approx. 5 hours (12:30 - 17:30) and take place at the Taratsch organic farm in Lohn. Places are limited and reservations are required. The program has been deliberately adapted to the arrival and departure times of public transport. You can travel by bus and train with confidence. You can find accommodation options here.


Important information

As we have made a conscious decision to keep animals and use their products, we do not offer vegan menus. However, you can choose between meat and vegetarian. In general, we are guided by the plant world and the proportion of meat is adjusted accordingly (90/10).

Allergies and intolerances can be indicated in the comments field. In the case of coeliac disease, we unfortunately have to point out traces, as it is not possible to create completely trace-free due to the space available. Please contact us personally if you have any questions before you book.
