The Beizli on Alp Bischola is delighted to offer its guests local and regional delicacies, with only a few exceptions. The owners know all their producers and suppliers personally and are delighted to be able to offer their products. From time to time, wild plants that they have collected and processed themselves are also used in the food and drinks.

The menu is small but fine, and the offers and daily specials vary. It can happen that not everything is always available. There are both hot and cold dishes and drinks, such as cheese platters with local alpine cheese, salad (when available), sausages (salsiz or grilled), snacks, cakes and sometimes ice cream. Drinks include coffee, tea, spring water, our own syrups, cider, beer and wine.

Groups are requested to register as early as possible using the contact form . In this case, special requests can also be taken into account by arrangement.

Alp Bischola lies directly on the route of the Heinzenberg ridge hike.

In good weather, the Beizli is open from June from 10.00 - approx. 17.00. Wednesday is always a day off. You can find out whether it is currently open on the website.
