The Hotel Restaurant Seeblick in Sufers, directly on the transit axis between north and south, is just 100 meters from the Postbus stop and offers a magnificent view over Lake Sufnersee. Host Sophie Bevernage is Belgian and has lost her heart in the mountains. Her homemade desserts and cakes are known far and wide.
Recipe to follow
2 dl | Water |
100 g | Butter |
100 g | Flour |
5 | Eggs |
- Boil water and butter.
- Slowly add the flour and stir.
- Add 1 egg and stir with a wooden spoon. Continue to add the eggs one at a time.
- Leave the dough on the stove and stir until it becomes a nice mass (not liquid).
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Pour the dough into a piping bag and pipe small balls onto a baking tray (covered with baking paper).
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees (never open the oven).
- Fill the cream puffs with whipped cream and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
