Burnt cream

Ingredients for four people
3 TBSP. Cornflour
1 TBSP. Sugar
2 Eggs Stir in a bowl until frothy.
8 TBSP. Sugar Roast in a pan until it foams slightly. Stir well.
1 liter Cold milk Bring to the boil to deglaze.
Pour into the bowl and stir.
Pour everything back into the pan and bring to the boil, stirring well, until the cream is thick.
Chill in the bowl.
