2000 g | Sugar |
550 g | Butter |
250 g | Eggs |
500 g | Water |
10 g | Rose water |
2500 g | Flour |
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together briefly until the mixture forms a dough. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut out. Shape the pieces of dough into balls by hand.
Baking
Place the balls on a pre-greased baking tray or on baking paper with sufficient space between them. Bake at 180 °C without bottom heat until the trouser buttons are a nice light color.
