300 g | Hörnli | Cook in salted water according to the packet instructions, then rinse with cold water |
2 | Safier Salsiz | Cut into small cubes. |
100 g | Alpine cheese | Cut into small cubes. |
1 | Red onion | Cut into fine cubes. |
1 small bunch | Chives | Cut into rolls. Mix everything together in a large bowl. |
4 TBSP. | Mayonnaise | Fruit salad (pineapple, orange, apple, melon) |
100 ml | Bouillon | Mix the cooled stock with the mayonnaise and pour over the horn lamb's lettuce, mix well and season with salt if necessary. |
