Hörnlisalat a là Safiental

Ingredients for four people
300 g Hörnli Cook in salted water according to the packet instructions, then rinse with cold water
2 Safier Salsiz Cut into small cubes.
100 g Alpine cheese Cut into small cubes.
1 Red onion Cut into fine cubes.
1 small bunch Chives Cut into rolls. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
4 TBSP. Mayonnaise Fruit salad (pineapple, orange, apple, melon)
100 ml Bouillon Mix the cooled stock with the mayonnaise and pour over the horn lamb's lettuce, mix well and season with salt if necessary.
