The Viamala region offers beautiful natural and cultural landscapes. More and more guests are looking for a nice place to sleep away from the official campsites. We understand that pitches in the great outdoors have their charms. After all, camping on public land is still prohibited in most municipalities! However, together with some municipalities, we have been able to create pitches for the coming summer. Wild camping - completely legal. Below you will find all the information you need about wild camping in the Viamala region.

Rules of conduct
- Behave respectfully towards nature!
- Behave respectfully towards wild animals, avoid noise and large groups!
- Do not light an open fire where there is no official fireplace!
- Leave the site as you found it and do not leave any garbage or other debris behind!
- Only do the "big business" in nature in an emergency. Any faecal germs can harm the animals. If there is no other option, bury your droppings. A wild camper always has a small garden shovel with them
- Do not leave toilet paper lying around in the countryside, but put it in a bin liner and take it with you
