Casa Caminada
In the historic town of Fürstenau, Andreas Caminada’s restaurant Casa Caminada combines traditional Graubünden cuisine with contemporary hospitality. Designed by Graubünden architect Gion A. Caminada, the building was constructed on the foundations of two former stables and blends regional building traditions with modern architecture.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Fabian Beringer, the focus is on regional and seasonal ingredients as well as traditional Grisons specialties. Classics such as capuns and hearty stews are prepared with great care and complemented by modern creations. The on-site bakery, equipped with a large wood-fired oven, provides fresh bread and other baked goods daily.
In addition to the restaurant, Casa Caminada also features a boutique hotel with ten rooms, a concept store, and a culinary cellar.
