The ATC Avalanche Training Center is a stationary facility for practising avalanche victim searches with avalanche transceivers and avalanche probes. It enables training in the use of emergency equipment under almost realistic conditions.
It is absolutely essential to behave carefully to avoid an avalanche, but if it does happen, the rescue is a matter of minutes!
