Shareholders and sponsors

When the share capital was reduced to CHF 304,800 on August 29, 1996, the nominal value of the 4,800 bearer shares of CHF 125.00 with an issue date of 1995 or earlier was reduced to CHF 1.00.

In the share capital reduction to CHF 106,440 on November 16, 2007, the nominal value of the 20,328 bearer shares of CHF 125.00 with an issue date of 1996 or later was reduced to CHF 5.00.

On May 1, 2021, all bearer shares were converted into registered shares. SSF now only has registered shares.

The Board of Directors of SSF keeps a share register for all registered shares, in which it enters the names and addresses of the owners and any usufructuaries (Art. 686 of the Swiss Code of Obligations). Accordingly, only those persons entered in the share register are deemed to be shareholders of the company.

20,328 shares (security 232911) currently have a nominal value of CHF 5.00

The SSF sells registered shares from its own holdings to interested persons. For a sale, the "Share purchase - registration application" form must be submitted to the SSF together with the necessary enclosures (passport or ID, in the case of companies with a current extract from the commercial register). A share certificate will then be issued. You will find the answers to all your other questions about the transfer of shares in the FAQ supplement on the share system.

We are dependent on sponsors and patrons to ensure the long-term survival of our facility.

It is a contribution to a hard-pressed mountain community in its own country. The survival of these villages depends to a large extent on the continued existence of this plant!

It is aimed at people, institutions, companies and authorities who would like to support the preservation of this important sports facility for various mountain villages.

We are convinced that you will benefit from a sponsorship commitment with us! At present, all sponsorship contributions go towards our "Bergbahnen Feldis 2020" development project.

Partners are generous companies, municipalities, institutions and idealistic donors who want to achieve the greatest possible long-term impact with a one-off contribution.

Together with the 20 Club, the 30 Club forms the backbone of our funding efforts.

The 30 Club brings together generous, idealistic donors who have grown very fond of our facility.

The 30 Club is a further development of the 20 Club. Members can join the 30 Club directly or by making an additional payment as a 20 Club member.

Contribution: CHF 30,000 one-off or CHF 10,000 as a 20 Club member
