Shareholders and sponsors

On May 1, 2021, the company converted the previous bearer shares into registered shares. LRF now only holds registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 250.

LRF keeps a share register for all registered shares, in which the owners are entered (Art. 686 CO). Accordingly, anyone entered in the share register is deemed to be a shareholder of the company.
