You'll learn simple, targeted exercises to build strength, improve balance, and walk more confidently. With targeted preventive measures, the risk of falling can be significantly reduced.

Every year in Switzerland, more than 90,000 older adults are injured at home or while engaging in leisure activities. The majority of these accidents are falls, which often result in long-term health consequences. However, with expert support and targeted preventive measures, the risk of falling can be significantly reduced. What can you do at home to help prevent falls? You’ll receive information on fall prevention at home and learn how to use exercises to build strength, improve balance, and enhance your gait stability to prevent falls. The goal is to maintain independence and self-reliance for as long as possible.
