Located right on the viaSpluga—the long-distance hiking trail from Thusis to Chiavenna—our Burgstübli is nestled in the heart of the Grisons mountains.

Surrounded by historic castle walls, we serve regional and seasonal dishes, homemade specialties, and exquisite desserts. Inside, centuries-old walls tell tales of times gone by; outside, the sun terrace—with its sweeping view of the Grisons mountains—invites you to linger and savor the moment.

An Evening of Indulgence by the Fireplace

Every Saturday evening, we serve a carefully curated 3-course menu, including a small complimentary appetizer from the kitchen. In an intimate setting by a crackling fireplace, you’ll enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Our evening menu also includes tavolatas, as well as fondue and raclette evenings in a small, cozy setting.

The Burgstübli is also available for exclusive rental for corporate events, Christmas dinners, birthdays, and other private occasions. We’d be happy to tailor the menu to suit your event.

A reservation is required.

The Burgstübli spans two levels and seats a total of 14 people.

Downstairs, there is a large round table that seats up to eight guests—right next to the cozy fireplace. One floor up, you’ll find a unique room carved into the rock that seats four. Two additional seats are located on the gallery just outside.
