Winter hiking
Hiking in the winter landscape is a very special pleasure. There are over 16 kilometers of perfectly groomed winter hiking trails in the Avers.
Cross-country skiing
There are two beautiful cross-country ski trails in unspoiled countryside in the Bergalgatal and near Juf. You might also spot chamois, golden eagles or even bearded vultures here.
Tobogganing
In Avers-Cröt, the Avers horn sledging association maintains a short but crisp sledging run. It is groomed throughout the winter season in good snow conditions.
Ice field Juppa
The natural ice rink in Avers-Juppa is located at 2,000 m above sea level and is open from around mid-December.
