| 3 TBSP. | Cornflour | |
| 1 TBSP. | Sugar | |
| 2 | Eggs | Stir in a bowl until frothy. |
| 8 TBSP. | Sugar | Roast in a pan until it foams slightly. Stir well. |
| 1 liter | Cold milk | Bring to the boil to deglaze. |
| Pour into the bowl and stir. | ||
| Pour everything back into the pan and bring to the boil, stirring well, until the cream is thick. | ||
| Chill in the bowl. |
