A healthy work-life balance is becoming increasingly important in our everyday lives, as dealing with stress and stressful situations is a challenge for many of us.

How can we cope with them? How can relaxation and exercise be integrated into everyday life? What does it mean to be mindful of ourselves and how does this affect our work and our team? We will address these and other questions in this workshop and learn how we can strengthen our personal resources.
