At the MUMA in Andeer, three outstanding projects were honored with the Sustainability Awards 2025. Find out who won and how these initiatives are shaping the future of the Viamala region and the Beverin Nature Park.

Last weekend, the Sustainability Awards 2025 were presented at the MUMA in Andeer. A total of 32 projects took part - 21 in the Innovation category and 11 in the Tourism category. With these awards, the Beverin Nature Park, the Viamala region and Viamala Tourism, as initiators, are sending out a strong signal for sustainable development and cooperation in the region.
Solnow
In the Innovation category, the Solnow project by Samuel Neuenschwander from Zillis won over the jury. The photovoltaic in-roof system is completely recyclable, replaces the conventional roof cladding and is also suitable for alpine conditions - an important contribution to a sustainable and regional energy supply.

Bachhuus
The Bachhuus - Agriculture and Gastronomy project by Carelia Joos and Thomas Egger from Hinterrhein won in the Tourism category. The farm combines organic farming, creative food processing and authentic gastronomy to create an overall concept that serves as a model for sustainable tourism in the mountain region.
Val Schons pump track
The Audience Award went to the Pumptrack Val Schons project by Maurus Staubli, Gianna Waser and Valerio Müller. Visitors to the MUMA had the opportunity to vote for their favourite project at the three organizations' stands - and chose a meeting place that promotes exercise, fun and community.

Andeer
The MUMA is a regional trade exhibition in Andeer, where trade, commerce, tourism and agriculture show themselves at their best. It offers space for encounters, exchange, enjoyment and shared experiences.
