Guided tour of Fürstenau

Guided tour of the town with Rudolf Küntzel. With a visit to the medieval wall paintings in the Stoffelhaus. Followed by an aperitif offered by the town and prepared by Casa Caminada in Fürstenau. Duration approx. 1 1 /2 hours. There are only 3 places in Graubünden where secular wall paintings from this period exist and are therefore unique in terms of art history. The hunting scene gives an insight into how the Bishop of Chur celebrated courtly life in the small town of Fürstenau. The history of the fourth city in Graubünden comes to life once again on the city tour as a transportation hub in the Middle Ages and a cultural hotspot in modern times.
