Panel discussion "Between quality and kitsch: (building) culture and tourism"

Free of charge
The public panel discussion is being organized by the Tourism and Sustainable Development research group.
(Architectural) culture is of great importance in tourism. Cultural attractions are central motives for travel and commercial tourism products. Traditional and contemporary building cultures give a place identity and uniqueness.
What connections between culture and tourism are driving regional development forces? Where are the boundaries between quality and commercial kitsch? What potential does (architectural) culture have for the development of tourism in the Alpine region?
Experts from the fields of architecture, tourism and culture will discuss these and other questions in an inspiring round table.
