Insight into everyday alpine life on the Präzer Alp Gronda

We will learn how the alpine farm runs on a suckler cow pasture, get an overview of the Gronda alp area and the tasks of a shepherd/herdswoman. Together we will check the cattle on a pasture and get to know the suckler cows and the rules. With a bit of luck, we may be able to watch an alpine calving from a distance, or experience a visit from the vet or something else special. Every day on the alp is different, let yourself be surprised.
At lunchtime you can enjoy your own picnic on the alp. A barbecue area is available.
The tour takes place in all weathers. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for the weather.
The event is not suitable for children under the age of 5. Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children should be able to walk well.
Out of consideration for the mother cows, dogs are not allowed.
