For the 35th time, the Thusis World Film Festival transforms Thusis into a window to the big wide world. Over six days, around 40 films from various countries are shown - touching, moving and inspiring. A must for everyone who loves cinema.
The Thusis World Film Festival has been taking place every year at the end of October and beginning of November for over 30 years. What began in 1991 as part of the "Festival of International Solidarity" has long since become an integral part of cultural life in the region.
For six days, Thusis is transformed into a meeting place for film enthusiasts from near and far. Around 40 films from all over the world will be shown - stories that move, touch and open our eyes beyond our own horizons. Whether feature films, documentaries or short films: the festival stands for diversity, quality and an authentic cinematic experience.
The World Film Days create space for encounters, discussions and cultural exchange. An event that shows how borderless cinematic art can be.
