Franziska Stöckli presents her sustainable, enjoyable recipe book in the library. Afterwards, delicious snacks can be sampled in the claro store and matching products from the claro range can be purchased.

Swiss Gourmet Week is a nationwide celebration of good food and will take place from September 18 to 28, 2025. It invites you to make culinary discoveries, rethink our relationship with food, arouse curiosity about the origins of our food and thus promote the joy of eating.

With a variety of events such as tastings, markets, workshops and gourmet walks, the week promotes appreciation for regional, seasonal and sustainably produced food. At the same time, it creates encounters between producers, restaurateurs and food lovers, thus raising awareness of a healthy, diverse and responsible food culture
